Inhaling Love, Exhaling Happiness. First of all, thank you all SO much for your enthusiasm and support for Inhale Exhale! I am overwhelmed with love and happiness. I have been receiving so many lovely messages and it means the world to me. My little novel is but a drop in the ocean of books released every year, but every time someone shares on social media, leaves a review, or blogs about it, the ripples get larger, and for that I am so very grateful. Thank you to everyone who has purchased a copy, shared a post, rated, and reviewed! Big thanks to Suzanne (HI SUZANNE) who very kindly hosted a giveaway, and to Coco, Michelle, Julie, Sarah, SHU, Alondra, Laura, Allison, Kyria, Maya, and Birchie, for the blog links. (HI SUZANNE COCO MICHELLE JULIE SARAH SHU ALONDRA LAURA ALLISON KYRIA MAYA BIRCHIE) (If I missed you, please let me know! I had over 200 unread posts in my reader on Monday, so apologies if things got lost in the shuffle!).

Where In The World Was I? My husband and I were in Southeast Asia! We visited four countries, if you include the day and a half we spent in Hong Kong – which I do! – which meant four border crossings, four different currencies, and four languages in which I learned how to say hello, thank you, and vegetarian. I also learned how to say this food is delicious in Thai. In addition to our brief time in Hong Kong, we were in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand, three neighbouring but very different countries. I will have more to say about that on Monday’s post; for now I will just tell you that it was a wonderful trip in which we saw and experienced incredible, interesting things. Travel is a big priority for us right now since we are both healthy, fit, and mobile, and as we all know, a person cannot take those things for granted. I hope we will be healthy, fit, and mobile for many decades to come, but you just never know. As we went through this trip, it occurred to me constantly that such travel would be very difficult for people with mobility and health issues. Steps and stairs, uneven walking surfaces, long hours on buses and planes – none of these things get easier with age, and so we have a pretty heavy travel schedule planned for the next few years. Health! I am grateful for it.

Time Travel. Speaking of long hours on planes, it took us over twenty-six hours of travel to get from our house to Vietnam, and because we flew over the international date line, we skipped a day. On the way home, we left Hong Kong at 1 am on Monday night and arrived on Canadian soil at 7:45 pm Sunday, and it was nearly midnight before we were back at our house. Time travel! I should have bought a lottery ticket. It took until Wednesday for me to not feel that bone-deep, jetlagged fatigue, and to be able to do anything that required more than minimal brain function. I mean, I forgot the word for “lunch.” I will say that we had lie-flat seats for the long flights, which helped immensely, and I am, again, grateful to be able to travel this way.

Staying Healthy, Somehow. I am almost hesitant to write this lest I be smote, but my husband and I were healthy the entire trip, and have been since we got home. How, I do not know. It was pretty easy to avoid Traveller’s Tummy, because we only consumed hot, cooked meals, peeled fruit, and filtered water, but I don’t know how we dodged the coughs and colds that seem to be rampant. We were in many very crowded places, including several planes, and by the end of the trip it seemed like a third of our tour group was coughing and sneezing on the bus. There was even some dramatic tension between two friends travelling together and sharing a room, one of whom had a cough and the other of whom treated the cougher like a leper. I mean, I get it. No one wants to get sick! And I am grateful that I didn’t. But also? I felt for the poor cougher, who was – from my vantage point – being a bit shunned by her group of friends that had travelled with her.

Today Is Galentine’s Day! It is officially Galentine’s Day today – February 13, where ladies celebrate ladies, and I am raising my glass to all of you. And, if you are a man reading this blog, you can be an honourary member of the Gals, just for today. I hope you enjoy my perimenopause content, and discussions about body sugaring. But as you all know I do adore my girlfriends, near and far, longtime and new, and everything in between. Where would we be without our gal pals? I don’t even want to think about it!

For the month of February, my friend Elisabeth (HI ELISABETH) is hosting The FIG Collective, where we all find joy in gratitude. I am grateful every single day for my life, but this week I am especially grateful for all of these things – the ability to travel, lie-flat airplane seats, health, and, most of all, the friendship and support from all of you. To show my gratitude, I am going to be doing some giveaways, both here and over on Instagram. To win a signed copy of Inhale Exhale, simply leave a comment and tell me one thing you are grateful for this very minute. If you already have a copy, OMG THANK YOU, and also I would be pleased to send, in the event that your name is drawn, the copy either to you or to a friend of your choice, in honour of Galentine’s Day. Contest closes February 21, 2026 11:59 pm PST.
I have so many things to tell you! I want to talk to you all about my trip, and books that I’ve been reading and rereading, and – since you asked in my Ask Me Anything – my thoughts about friendship, and my writing and publishing process, and SO MANY THINGS. But alas, all of those things will have to wait a few days. Happy Galentine’s – and Valentine’s! I am wishing for you an abundance of love, pink puffy hearts, and heart-shaped chocolates. And maybe a virtual elephant hug. xo

My dog’s vet
I hope your dog is okay!
YOU’RE BACK!!!
Omg Nicole, that is one enormous snake. Twenty six hours on a plane?!?!?! Goodness. But your adventures look and sound amazing. That photo of you with the elephant is everything.
I love your observations of the world and human behavior and I feel sorry for the cougher, too!
I’m back!!
It was definitely a long journey but so very worth it. ELEPHANTS!!!
I am also very grateful for health. It will be a sad, sad day when I cannot walk, hike or run. So today, I am getting out there and doing it! Welcome back, my friend. After my cruise home, I had a nasty cold that lasted about a month (wth! over Christmas too!) and it was not fun, but luckily my flight to Asia was not an issue. Did you enjoy the Grand Palace? I went there years ago, but I don’t remember much, and I don’t think it was THAT busy!
I did enjoy the Grand Palace! It was super busy because the queen mother had just died, and so it was closed off until 1pm. It was also a Sunday! So very busy but it was so beautiful, I didn’t mind the crowds. I am just surprised I didn’t catch anything! Sorry about your cold – boo!
I got back from India on Saturday and it took me 6 full days to get over the jet lag. I expected the tiredness but not the weird brain fog! I couldn’t read (which was awful) or have any sort of coherent thoughts. I’m glad you’re feeling better and didn’t get sick. I didn’t either which I was kind of shocked by, and very grateful for. There’s a book called “Die With Zero” that outlines what you are doing, basically spending your money on experiences while you are healthy enough to enjoy them. It’s not a GREAT book but it really did shift my mindset around money.
India is high on my list so I would be super interested to hear all your details – whereabouts you were, what you did, etc. The brain fog! My friend Allison called it the brain frog and that felt so right. “When you eat food in the middle of the day” – LUNCH. I very much agree with that – experiences!
Welcome home!
It sounds like an amazing trip, though I fear I am already too old, not for the walking in rough conditions, but for 26 hours in transit.
Please enter me in your book give-away.
It was a lot of transit! But I’m always able to sleep on planes, and especially in lie-flats, so that helped.
I’ve been loving seeing your photos on FB, but it’s not the same as a blog post, welcome back!
I’m loving your book, I’m a slow physical book reader and am about 1/3 way in. I would LOVE a signed copy though, so please put me in the drawing. If I win, I will either give my current copy to a friend, or put it in a Little Free Library so it enters the wider world, whichever would make you happier.
I was thinking yesterday about my FIGS, and one thing I am really grateful for is my blog friendships and texting/email. I love having a thought pop into my head and being able to share it, or having a conversation about unbloggable things. I love this community so so much. <3
I do too, J! It’s just such a great group we have, isn’t it?
Yesterday, my dear little grandson of two years old said, apropos of nothing, “I love Nana SO MUCH!” to his dad as I sat across the room. I am grateful for that, and will live on that little moment for the rest of my life!
That photo of you with the elephant is absolutely wonderful. If you don’t enlarge that and hang it someplace, it will be a missed opportunity. The snake one…yikes! I could barely look at it, so awful is my phobia of those damned things.
Your trip sounds exhilarating, and I’m glad you had the strength and stamina to enjoy it fully. You’re so right in saying that Health cannot be taken for granted.
Awww sweet Theo!!! What a wonderful moment!
Sorry to trigger your phobia, I promise no more snake photos!!
I am so impressed by your travels! That is such an adventure, no matter what your age. Flying to Maui (11 hours for us) about did me in, so I can’t imagine your flights. I just don’t have it in me. I will live vicariously through you, except you can keep that snake! I was tickled by your One Night in Bangkok Instagram post 🙂
I am grateful for a healthy winter, despite how much crap is going around right now. Nothing is more important than your health. Wishing you much success on your book!
Oooh may our healthy streak keep going!
Bijoux, I kept thinking about you in Bangkok because I COULD NOT GET THE SONG OUT OF MY HEAD! I love that song so it’s okay but still!
It’s an ear worm, for sure!
Long time reader, first time commenter 😊 Having a hard time not writing a laundry list of things that I am grateful for, but at this very moment I will focus on my sweet elderly pup curled up at my feet. I love that when I’m working he just quietly joins me in my office (or quietly whines at the door if I dare to shut him out.)
Hi Deanna! Thanks for chiming in! You KNOW I love dogs so much, so I’m just imagining the sweetest old pal.
Happy Galentine’s! What better way to celebrate than to know NICOLE IS BACK?! And while we’re asking rhetorical questions, has anyone ever looked so CHIC while making friends with a snake or caressing an elephant’s trunk? No! No. Thank you for sharing your travels.
You better believe I grabbed Inhale Exhale faster than…a fast thing on pub day! But I am currently so very grateful that my grip strength is returning after a carpal tunnel flare, which means I can grip and sling weights and experience happy, happy post-exercise hormones.
Oh Maddie thank you so much!!! You are so kind! I hope you enjoyed Inhale Exhale and thank you SO much for the lovely compliments!!
Happy Galentines Day Nicole! I saw the pics of you with the elephants on Insta and you were glowing and beaming!! I too am so so grateful for my health!! It really is the number one thing these days. And yes, I plan to travel while I can. It is big on my agenda too. I just (couple days ago) booked a flight, still some details to be sorted. I went onto the BIG online site to look for your book, but I don’t want to buy it from there (also, different price there), so I’m going to Indigo or smaller bookstores.
OMG DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON THAT BIG SITE. Weirdly, it’s only the Canadian site that is doing that, the US one is JUST fine. And you better believe that although they jacked the price up, I do not get a single extra cent. Grr. I am highly encouraging anyone to go through Indigo or a smaller shop.
Health is absolutely key, isn’t it!
Today, I’m grateful for sudafed! My kindergartener has been collecting exotic viruses which seem to love taking up residence in my sinuses. (Without a smidge of cynicism, he’s doing SO WELL in kindergarten and I’d take a million colds in return for his burgeoning love of reading.)
Oh yes, the kindergarten petrie dish!!! I remember those days well!
Happy Galentines Day! I don’t comment often, but I want you to know how grateful I am for your blog. I start my week, every week, reading your blog. If for some reason (travel or technical issues) your blog is unavailable, I seriously don’t know what day it is. Haha! I’m so glad you’re back and I so enjoyed all of your photos on Facebook. I visited Trudy in Korea over 20 years ago. I would love to go back to Asia!
I remember you visiting Trudy in Korea! How cool!
That is SO sweet, thank you so much!!!
Hooray for health and being able to go on these amazing vacations! It is great to take advantage of your health. We never know what’s ahead and I have been especially reminded of this lately. But I do not want to be the Debbie Downer of the comment section so I won’t dwell on that further. But this is part of why I plan to retire early. You just never know and I don’t want to fly around the country, exhausting myself in the process, any longer than is necessary!
Sheesh, I feel bad for the cougher. That is tough to be attacked by friends for something out of your control. In 2004 I went on a trip to Germany/Prague with a college friend and I got a UTI and upper respiratory virus which resulted in my losing my voice, she she had to order for me at restaurants, etc. The trip looked differently than we envisioned. And we came back with some good stories since I was very hopped up on cold meds that made me very loopy. But she was understanding.
You can take me out of the giveaway because I would rather the book to go someone else! My copy arrived while I was away this week and I cannot wait to dig in!!
Lisa, that is how I felt too. I mean…she didn’t purposely go out and get sick. Things just happened! And it was so sad to see her three friends all hanging out and she would be wandering around alone. We would go and talk to her and she just seemed so down.
Yay! I have a copy, which I’m currently reading, but would love to pass one along! I’m very grateful for all the doctors and surgeons who perform miracles each day. My recent eye surgeries, even though commonly performed, have simply amazed me and how people can actually improve people’s sight in a dramatic way. Look forward to your trip blogs!
Anna, I remember when my grandma had her cataracts done in the early 90s, and it was a real thing with little knives (I watched the video! On cassette!). Now it’s just zip zap zoop! It is truly a miracle.
You had lie-flat seats! How amazing is that?! Could you sleep a bit?
And then casually hopping across Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand while Inhale/Exhale comes along for the ride. Book on tour already!!
Time travel flights, wild crowds, serene moments, and somehow zero illness. I’m sure that’s because you have a strong immune system… your healthy lifestyle is paying off!
So excited for you and everything happening with the book, Nicole. I am very ready for ALL the details from this epic trip!!
Thanks so much Catrina! Yes, I can sleep on planes generally, and with lie-flats I was sleeping over seven hours, so I count that as a huge win!
I’m still knocking on wood because I can’t believe I didn’t come down with something! There was a man behind us in the security line at the Chaing Mai airport and he was making the grossest sounds, and coughing and sneezing. I figured that would be the end of my luck but my luck held out!
I’m so glad you’re back, feeling healthy, and over the jet lag, and I’m so happy that you had a wonderful trip! I do want a signed copy of your book so much! I am so grateful for you and your blog, and your writing, and that you are my blogging friend! I always feel uplifted after reading your posts. Happy Galentine’s Day!
Oh thank you Michelle – you KNOW I feel the same way about you! You brighten up my life!
Welcome back, Nicole! What a wonderful adventure you had – looking forward to your future travel posts.
Yes, to good health!! I’m fortunate to have it and remind myself not to take it for granted.
I purchased your book on Kobo and would love a signed physical copy. That way I can pass it around to friends and family 🙂
Thanks so much Jacquie! Yes, health is the number one thing! I have had a number of people in my life suddenly encounter health issues so I constantly remind myself not to take it for granted.
What an adventure! My husband has several Vietnamese students who are trying to teach him some of the language- it’s a challenge! Being able to say even three words correctly is a triumph.
I would like to enter the giveaway. I’m not much of a fiction reader, but everyone has such praise for your book, it’s tempting me!
I’m grateful that schedule change didn’t throw off my high schooler and he made it to his classes. ( He’s had a lot of struggles in his, and something like this would have derailed him a few yrs ago.)
Vietnamese is a tricky language for sure – I found Thai even more so because the alphabet is completely different.
I’m happy to hear that about your son!
I am thankful for your writing! I love reading about your travels, so adventurous! I am eating leftover curry at the moment, and I am thankful that I finally figured out a recipe that my boys and I really enjoy.
Oh how sweet of you – thank you! And I’m glad you found a yummy recipe too 🙂
I’m grateful for a weekend visit by a friend and her young son!
Oh that sounds very fun!!!
halfway though Inhale Exhale and it’s great! Total page turner for me and I want to be BFFs with Michelle. (And her daughter!).
Thank you so much Sarah!!! It was a joy to write, so I am glad you are enjoying it.
Oh that was a fun post to read! You’ve got me smiling big and feeling that positive energy, Nicole! Right now I am very grateful for a positive doctor visit this morning. I’m in great health and I sure do not take that for granted. I have been waiting to buy your book until I finish a couple of books I’m currently reading (one of which is The Age of Innocence). I would just love to have a signed copy!
Wonderful, Dulcie – hooray for positive doctor appointments!! I’m glad you’re feeling well!
Oh welcome home Nicole! I’ve been following along on your adventure via Instagram. So happy you are home safe, sound and healthy!
I already bought (and read) your book and LOVED it! Congratulations, my friend.
Gigi! That means so much to me. Thank you so much! xoxoxo
I LOVE the photo of you and the elephant, but I would have passed on holding the snake… but hey, you only live once, I suppose?!
I am glad that you had such a fun trip (can’t wait to hear more!) and that you were able to stay healthy! That is not a small feat!
On this Galentine’s Day, I am also thankful for the wonderful women (friends!) I’ve made through our community! I adore you all so very much.
YOLO, San, YOLO! (lol, who says YOLO anymore? ME.)
I adore you too!!! You are such a cornerstone of the community!
I am grateful for so many things! But today I’m especially grateful for a warm home and red nail polish. 🙂
Red nail polish! I have only had red nail polish on my toenails since I was 16 years old. It’s my favourite!
I am grateful for so many things, but today I am grateful for my sister and sister-in-law who help me with transporting my teenage boys around while I have to work. So hard being a single mom, but so grateful for their support.
How wonderful to have such a support system! Being a single mom sure isn’t easy, I’m so glad you have help.
Happy Galentine’s Day!!! <3 <3 <3
And, omg, meeting an elephant. And your elephant-meeting outfit, which is IN NO WAY BLACK!!!
It is not black! The sanctuary gives all visitors those outfits, because elephants cannot see well and they associate those outfits with safe people. Isn’t that interesting? They have 24 hour caretakers who they know, but they get very stressed at new people if they aren’t wearing those clothes.
Welcome home 🙂 I am grateful for my sister who is visiting me from the UK and is here for 10 weeks!
What a wonderful long visit you will have! Enjoy!
I am grateful for my active friends and all the adventures we embark on together!
Oh that’s wonderful, what a perfect comment for Galentine’s!
What an adventure you’ve been on, my friend, and to return to all the love for Inhale Exhale must feel AMAZING!
Life is short and it can change in an instant. It’s too short to not do The Fun Things. I love reading about how you’re getting out there with Rob and exploring the world and experiencing so much joy while doing it.
Can’t wait to see more pictures and hear about all the highlights from what was clearly an EPIC trip.
Also, I hope Galentine’s/Valentine’s Day is everything you hoped it would be and more <3
You’re so right – life is too short! And you just never know when things will take a turn so…do the Fun Things!!
I so look forward to read about your travel experience. I’ve been in all these countries multiple times. I want to know what surprised you, good and bad, which locals you found more kind and different than western, tryout favorite food, and if you read any book of that country. Jet lag is tough, thus I am so glad I’m in this side of the continent and don’t need to deal with 12 hrs time zone change.
Coco, it was such a wonderful experience and I loved all of the places – and they were all so different, culturally. I wasn’t expecting that! I found all the locals to be very kind and welcoming. It was such a great trip. The only downside was getting over the jetlag!
That elephant picture might be my favorite. I can’t wait to learn more about your trip! I had a professor who taught a class about Asian Literature and Film, she knew Thai and always talked to us about the culture in South East Asia (We even had an online Q&A session with a Cambodian author, it was awesome). It’s so beautiful! So happy you’re back!
Thanks so much Alondra – I absolutely loved my trip and met all sorts of wonderful people. The world is such a fascinating place, isn’t it?
Elephants! Your trip already looks amazing 🙂
I’m grateful to my boss(es) who is helping me navigating a tricky situation at work and it’s giving me pep talks and makes me feel supported. And to my husband for all the hugs and love and support!
I’ve been waiting for the book to come out in the Netherlands, but if I don’t win the giveaway I might just give up and get it on kobo or order it from the UK.
Hi Elinoora! I’m so happy you have help navigating work situations – that is something to be grateful for, absolutely!!
Elephants are just incredible!
I am so happy you are back. I miss your blog when you’re gone. However I loved following along on IG, esp as we are planning to visit those countries late this year (probably in Nov). Still working on details as it will be a 4-5 week trip. Your pics got me so excited. I am always grateful for my health and the fact that at 70 & 73 we can still walk for miles and miles no matter the terrain. That is truly something isn’t it?!
That’s so sweet, Pat! I think you will absolutely love it. If you have any specific questions I am only an email away!
And yes – you are such an inspiration!
I am grateful for the library! Yay books 😊
Oh Leslie, ME TOO! Books! Love them.
Oh I’m grateful that you are home safely and back in this space to share your adventures and your shining spirit. Your posts are always such a point of joy!
Jet lag! It took me weeks to feel like I was over the jetlag when we got back from Taiwan. It’s so wild to me how time works. I mean it is all logical science and physics, but how incredibly big the world must be that we can’t all be in the same time zone???
Thanks Diane! I remember you saying that the jetlag was really bad this past time and this was the hardest for me to adjust. Other trips, I’m back to normal in like a day, and this time it took several days to feel normal. Finally last night I had an actually restorative sleep!
What an adventure, Nicole! This trip is on my list too so I look forward to details on your Monday post. (I’m ahead of you in chronological age and behind you in retirement!)
Love the elephant photo!
I want to be in the running for a signed copy (although I have a weird belief that we WILL meet and I’ll get my copy signed by you in person too), but can’t seem to isolate one thing I’m grateful for. There’s just so much to be grateful for, you know?
Glad to have you back! XOXO
Oh my friend, you would absolutely love it. It was really incredible on so many levels. And yes – so much to be grateful for every day. xo
I rarely comment, but I read ALL of your posts and I’m grateful for you! Your positive energy and the way you move through life really inspires me.
I grabbed a Kindle copy of Inhale, Exhale the day you posted about it and I loved it so much, Nicole. (I gave it a 5 star review) I love physical books more, but I really wanted to start reading it right away so I grabbed a digital copy – and I’m glad I did! So much of the story resonated with me; I’m 61 and widowed since 2021, and at a point where I wouldn’t turn away a relationship if it fell in my lap. But man, it scares me – and so I lived a bit vicariously through Michelle. 🙂
It’s been a brutal winter here in Michigan, so I’m also grateful for the SUN today, a high temperature near 50 degrees F. Woo! Welcome back, by the way – your trip sounds and looks absolutely incredible. <3
Wendi! What a sweet comment. Thank you so much. I’m so glad it resonated with you xoxo
Thank you for reading and being here!
I am grateful that my almost-18-year-old son invites us to his gigs…. which leads to two late-40’s parents standing awkwardly in a basement venue to partake in some slam metal. And we couldn’t be prouder.
Oh, that is so awesome Rachael! I love that.
Grateful that today is a holiday Monday! An extra day to spend with family. (Also grateful for a job that I love, on the non holiday days).
Oh what a lovely comment! How lucky to have a job you love AND also, holiday Mondays are great!
I am grateful for the rain we are getting today.
Yay for moisture!
You’re back! Now that I’m not on IG, I couldn’t follow along there so I had no idea where you went on this vacation. What a fun surprise! I love your thoughts on travel and doing it NOW while you can. As someone who has had to pause travel while I get my PsA symptoms under control, trust me when I say I understand.
Yay for all the book love. Since I have TWO copies and already won a copy in Suzanne’s giveaway, I will take myself out of the running but I’m excited to pass along my second copy to my book club girlies!
I love that you won Suzanne’s giveaway!
Wait. Wait. Did I know you weren’t on IG anymore? I don’t think I knew that! Or if I did I forgot. How are you feeling about it? I’d love to hear more about this (blog post idea?)
Happy belated Galentines day my sweet friend!
I LOVE that you and your husband are getting in all the travel that you can because SEIZE THE DAY! We don’t know what tomorrow will bring, so we must indulge while we can. How awesome that you both stayed well, health-wise, on this big trip. That is commendable, so brag away!
The snake….wow, that’s a big one!
I’m so excited for your book—- I was finally able to order it this morning. I tried several times while traveling in the car, on my phone, but even in 2026, I couldn’t make it happen properly. 🙂 Oh, bother. I didn’t have time to actually read it then anyway, so no worries. It will be here in the next few weeks and I can’t wait to crack it open.
Oh you are the sweetest! I hope you enjoy it, my friend!
I have been nervous since posting that I was healthy – I kept thinking something was going to happen – but so far, still good! Eeep. Now I’m nervous writing that!
First time commenter. I love the photo with the snake and the story about the elephants.
Would love toget a chance to win a signed copy of your book. Have gotten a lot of ideas from all your book reviews as well. Thanks.
Hi Michelle! Thanks for being here! I’m glad you enjoyed the post and the book reviews! More coming tomorrow!
I am grateful to be vicariously living through you! You ARE lucky not to have mobility issues that I suffer from. I’m on my 2 feet everyday, ride my stationary bike 3x a week, but have had chronic back pain my whole life. I’m going downhill but fighting it! We want to go to Europe 1 more time! Fingers crossed! Can’t wait to read your next blog about your adventure! Fabulous!
Oh Judy, back pain is just awful and chronic back pain? I’m so sorry. I hope you can visit Europe once more! At least once more!
I hadn’t checked back in a week, so I didn’t know you’d made it home safely. Looks like it was a wonderful trip. I, too, am grateful to be healthy enough to do just about all the things I want to. I may do them slower, I may do them for shorter periods of time, but the blessing of not having to say no to opportunities because I can’t do something is a true gift.
I have already purchased a copy of your book – it’s next up in the queue! – but would love a copy for my sister-in-law. She gifted me an autographed book from an author who came to speak to her women’s group, and I would love to be able to share with her a book by a blogger whose writing I’ve been enjoying very much!
Looking forward to diving deeper into your Asian travelougue!
Thanks so much Emma!
It is such a gift to be able to do the things we want to do! I’m glad you can!
Thank you so much for taking us along with you on your travels, Nicole. I loved seeing your posts on IG. The travel sounds…challenging, but at least you made it there and back and no worse for the wear. Hope the jet lag has left the building and that you are settling back into life at home (at least for now). (PS – Loved the book, I devoured it during the most recent health challenge, so thank you for distracting me. <3)
Thanks so much Anne! I’m so glad you enjoyed the book. xo
The travel was tiring but not as bad as I thought it would be – mostly it was just a really great trip!
